Headquartered in Bangalore, Brickwork started its operations in November 2003.
Over the past 4 years Brickwork provided services to companies across a range of industries, including retail, healthcare, real estate, airlines, communication, financial services, auto-component manufacturing, media, IT, gaming, online education, and enterprise solutions.
Brickwork has provided services to more than 1000 clients that include Fortune 500 companies, large corporations, small and medium corporations, consultants, and individual professionals spread across all over the globe.
Brickwork has been mentioned by Tom Friedman in his New York Times best seller “The World is Flat” and by Tim Ferris in his book “The 4—Hour Workweek”. We have also been featured in Business Week China-India survey, Fortune, London Sunday Times, Esquire, several European newspapers and a large section of the Indian media.

Our delivery teams are located in Bangalore, India. But we do have a marketing office in the US.

How many employees have you at Brickwork and what are the typical qualifications of your REAs? |
The Brickwork team is 150-plus strong today and they are the best in the business. Our Lead Research Analysts are graduates from the best management and engineering Institutes in India and abroad. We have chartered accountants (equivalent to Certified Professional Accountants in the US), statisticians, healthcare experts, specialists, software professionals, dot net and PHP coders, and lawyers in our team. Our Research Associates are also from some of the other best institutions who have specialized in Commerce, Engineering, Science, Social Science, etc. Many are graduates (e.g. MBAs) and quite a few are PhDs. All our REAs are trained and experienced to manage all the basic tasks required of most assignments.

How do you ensure employee credibility? |
Employees are recruited into the organization through tested methods of evaluation of capability and integrity. While entering into projects, all the employees who will be involved in the projects are made to sign confidentiality agreements with Brickwork India. The access to client information is restricted to a limited number of people and a high level security system is employed at their workstations.
