Our Remote Executive Accountants (REA’s) can work with you in a way that suits you best.
To update your books we provide the following two options.
A. Remote Desktop Access
B. Hosted / Online Based Book Keeping Service
A. Remote Desktop Access
1.You can send us your source documents through one of the following ways.
Scan the documents and upload it to a secure FTP server,
E-mail the documents to us.
Fax it to our number.
Place it on your desktop, so that we can access it remotely.
2. You give permission to Brickwork to remotely login to your computer and access your accounting software.
Brickwork will access your accounting software remotely to process all your accounting documents as per your instructions.
B. Hosted / Online Based Book Keeping Service
1. You can send us your source documents through one of the following ways.
Scan the documents and upload it to a secure FTP server,
E-mail the documents to us.
Fax it to our number.
Place it on your desktop, so that we can access it remotely.
2. We shall update your books by logging on to the Online Accounting Software which you use such as, quickbooksonline.com.
You can login to the online accounting software, at anytime to see the updated books.
Our REA is trained to use the following software’s:

2. Peach Tree
3. Tally
4. Quicken
Engagement Models and Packages:
Each client’s requirements being quite diverse, Brickwork's engagement models are tailored to be flexible.
You can select the best model that suits your requirement. Our engagement models are:
1. Retainer/Resource Model: In this model, the client hires a dedicated REA /team of REA’s to work on their project
on a long term and ongoing basis. Such projects typically last from 3 months to 3 years.
You can buy REA time based on your requirement:
20 hours per month
40 hours per month
80 hours per month
160 hours per month
2. Project Model (Fixed Bid): This model is suitable for a fixed project schedule with clear deliverables, milestones and timeframe.
For example updating the books of accounts for the past few months etc..
